This assignment was the house banner . The way I constructed this assignment by first coloring the backound teal in one layer. Next I made another layer and I made three small little hearts. Then in the next layer i made one round circle looking thing in the next layer. In another layer i put the USA flag. Last i put two stars and colored the stars and the flag yellow. i colored the circle looking thing blue along with the hearts.

House Banner Design
